GADGET Pulse — Terms & Conditions

GADGET Pulse is the delivery service used to transport products purchased through the GADGET website. By selecting GADGET Pulse at checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

GADGET Pulse may use trusted third-party delivery partners to complete deliveries on behalf of GADGET.

Delivery is available in selected areas within South Africa and may vary depending on your location.

Delivery fees are displayed during checkout and may vary based on distance, location, package size, or promotional offers.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, a valid contact number, and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or inaccessible premises, additional delivery charges may apply for another attempt.

GADGET Pulse processes and dispatches orders only during GADGET's official operating hours.

Orders placed outside operating hours will be securely received and automatically queued for processing at the beginning of the next operating period.

Customers placing orders outside operating hours acknowledge that order processing and delivery preparation will only begin once GADGET resumes operations.

Same-day delivery is available only for eligible orders that:

• Are placed and successfully paid before the published daily cut-off time.
• Are within GADGET Pulse's delivery coverage area.
• Have the ordered product in stock and ready for dispatch.
• Have delivery partner availability.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next operating day.

While GADGET strives to dispatch eligible orders as quickly as possible, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond GADGET's reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic, high order volumes, delivery partner availability, public holidays, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

GADGET reserves the right to modify its operating hours or daily order cut-off times at any time. The latest operating hours and cut-off times will always be displayed on the GADGET website.

Where available, customers will receive delivery updates and tracking information through GADGET Pulse.

Customers should inspect their package upon delivery and report any missing, damaged, or tampered items within 24 hours. GADGET will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been successfully delivered to the provided delivery address or accepted by an authorised recipient.

Delivery personnel may refuse or cancel a delivery if the location is unsafe or if they are subjected to abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour.

GADGET is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, road closures, or network outages.

Delivery information is used only to process, track, and complete your order in accordance with GADGET's Privacy Policy.

GADGET may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the GADGET website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
